Clause 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bd8800 platform at bd8800.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. These terms constitute the entire agreement between bd8800 and the user, superseding all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings of any kind.

Eligibility

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time bd8800 offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, first-deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. bd8800 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. Players must opt in to each promotion in the manner described in the relevant offer. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.

Clause 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

Limitation of Liability
